Tournament Waiver Instructions

We are excited to tell you that all tournament waivers are now done on-line.  No More Paperwork To Collect!

Here is what you need - Your Team ID and Password to login (ID and Password was sent to the team admin when your registered your team) You will also need your player names and emails. Note: Position is nice but not required.

The following are the simply instructions on how to get your players/parents to fill out the on-line Tournament Waiver.

1. 1. Login at the Shootout homepage at ‘Team Login’
   

2. 2. On the Team App page - Click ‘Players / Waivers’
   

3. 3. On the Players page - Click on ‘Add a New Player’
   

4. 4. Fill out the players form completely
   

1. • Make sure to have the player/parent email
   

2. • AND make sure to check ‘Send Access Info’ box
   

3. •Click Save
   

5. 5. Repeat step 4 for the full roster
   

Every time you enter a player and click save, the following email will be sent to each player you add;

1. 1. “Player Name” -
      

   2. 
      

   3. You have been registered on the Renegades (Your Team’s Name) for the Lone Star Shootout.
      

   4. 
      

   5. An electronic waiver is required for participation.
      

   6. 
      

   7. You must login and agree to the RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY.

To check to see if the players have filled out their on-line waiver, simply login and click the ‘Players/Waivers’ button.  The roster you input will be listed.  For players that have completed their on-line waivers, a date will appear under the column ‘waiver’ and their US Lacrosse number will be listed.
